Latest metrics reveal Christie's International Real Estate dominance in the marketing of luxury real estate to a global audience.

Christie's International Real Estate's 2012 transaction volume was $80 billion; nearly double that of its nearest competitor, Sotheby's, who came in at $41 billion.

More Offices & Sales Associates Worldwide
The Christie's International Real Estate network has 920 offices in over 40 countries around the world with 25,185 sales associates. Its nearest competitor has only 650 offices and half the number of sales associates at 12,600. More depth and reach from the Christie's network means more exposure for your property worldwide.

Website stats also emphasize the unmatched global draw of the Christie's International Real Estate with visitors from 218 countries around the world.

71.7% of visitors to the Christie's International Real Estate website were International (Non-US) visitors as compared to its nearest competitor's website visitors of which only 53.6% were from outside the US.

Similarly, 49% of the properties listed on the Christie's International Real Estate website were outside the United States, which was 11% more than its nearest competitor.

More international visitors and more property listings from around the world means a greater global exposure.

In the 4th quarter of 2012 alone, each property listed on the Christie's International Real Estate website received an average of 70 views.  With active listings from 40 countries worldwide, the average price of a property listed on the website is US$3.2 million.

Comparing the month of January 2012 to January 2013 overall website traffic increased 31% to 138,000 visitors for the month as visitors spent an average of 9 minutes on the website. Christie's International Real Estate's strategic on-line marketing partnership with the Wall Street Journal also resulted in a 361% increase in referral traffic from the WSJ website.

Total year over year visits increased 46% in 2012 to 1,490,160 with average an of 124,180 visits per month and 83,907 unique visitors per month.  Percentage of new visits increased 58% over the previous year and organic traffic (non-advertising) increased 30% over 2011.  After google.com, Christies.com was the top reffering website with a year over year increase of 16%.

As Christie's has done with art, Christie's International Real Estate has now set the bar for selling the world's most expensive real estate.
