Off-Market Opportunities
As a seasoned realtor, I also pay close attention to properties that have sold exclusively off market (not posted on realtor.ca). Through my brokerage and my network of long-standing relationships with other agents at other brokerages I stay apprised of whisper listings or off-market opportunities of condos and houses for sale that are not publicly known or listed for sale on the MLS.  These off-market private sales provide important insight beyond the public sold prices one can find on-line.

My approach is hands-on as I work directly with my clients rather than assign them to a team member.  When I work with buyers, my role is that of a consultant to educate you about the market to help you find the right property that fits your lifestyle and ensures that you will make a well-informed purchase that will appreciate over time.  

Similarly, when working with sellers its about understanding what makes your home or condo unique, accurately identifying the target market of ideal buyers for your property and setting realistic expectations for timing and value ensuring the successful sale of your home at the highest price.

My many years of experience has allowed me to hone strong negotiation skills ensuring my clients always come first and get the best deal possible.
